    Early morning crash shuts down 405 Freeway lanes in Seal Beach

    A crash involving a big rig and an overturned vehicle this morning shut down several lanes of the northbound 405 Freeway in Seal Beach. The collision was reported just before 4:30 a.m. near the 22 Freeway connection, the California Highway Patrol reported. There were no immediate reports of injuries.
